Added a new bugfix version for BPConf,just fixed the directory and Crontab problem some people where having.

Yet another update! Now integrates properly and handles various mimetypes, so you can click a podcast link, and BPConf opens with the add dialog and the URL already filled in.
I've fixed a few problems with the Crontabs, should inform the user better of any problems. If the "Never" option is chosen no crontab file is created at all.

Another update for BPConf, This time I've ability to get cast lists, alte logs, and get the name of a feed from the feed itself.
